Alcom Recruitment which is apart of the Alcom Group of Companies was established by its founder, the late Mr. S.M.A. Aloysius in 1964. It is the oldest running recruitment agency in Sri Lanka outdating even the Sri Lankan Foreign Employment Bureau. It operates under the license “No. 39”.

After the demise of Alcom’s founder the company was taken over by his only daughter-in-law S.D.C. Aloysius, who has been at the helm of the company for over 30 years. She has spearheaded the organization to new heights of success and is proud to represent women entrepreneurs everywhere.

Dan

The company is now in its 3rd generation with the C.E.O.’s eldest son N.D. Aloysius also joining the ranks of the family business in the area of Strategic Control. This is after completion of his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce at Monash University in Australia and having worked for the Australian government, in the area of Defense and Homeland Security research.
